Mr. Cohen has practiced Matrimonial Law in Florida for more than 20 years. The largest part of his practice has dealt with dissolution of marriage actions, which include contested issues on equitable distribution, child custody, visitation as well as modification of previous final judgments of dissolution. In addition, Mr. Cohen specializes in bankruptcy and related matrimonial issues. He has previously lectured on bankruptcy issues in matrimonial cases.
